Summer Solstice Event with Yoga & 5km Walk

Join us for a fun Summer Solstice Event!

Saturday June 21, 2025 we welcome in the Summer Season and a fun day to connect with others in the community.

We will start with Gentle Yoga at the Studio, following that we do the Run For Women 5km Walk (Virtual so we can do it in High River instead of Calgary), end at Jack's Place for a light lunch...and if you want you can join for an optional River Dip to end the day.

This event raises money for Women's Mental Health programs in our community via the Calgary Health Foundation.
