I am Noreen Benning, a Usui, Karuna, Animal, & Holy Fire Reiki Master/Teacher & Practitioner, Sound Practitioner with Jeshua/Magdalene and Aramaic songs, Family Constellation Facilitator, Women’s Womb Circle Facilitator, Qi Gong Practitioner, Magdalene priestess & Aromatherapist.
Balance Hearts Ranch is nestle in the farmlands of the Foothills and is one of the very few Facilitated Equine Experiential Learning program in Alberta.
Melissa Lynn is a Certified FEEL (R) facilitator of Balanced Hearts Ranch where she brings her passion and experience with horses and combined with her journey for healing to the hearts and minds of others seeking fulfillment.
Once payment confirmation is received we will send a confirmation email with details and directions. Please arrive 10-15 min early to get parked and settled around the horses. We will sit in chairs in a circle beside the horses for the meditation then go to the horses guided by Melissa to do a heart exercise with them.
I will share a guided Holy Fire sound healing meditation to help us to let go of old energy that no longer serves us and opens our hearts to new divine healing energy and intentions. I will be singing Magdalene, Yeshua and Aramaic healing songs with Tibetan bowls, drum, and sound healing instruments.
We will open our hearts and minds to inspiration, peace, joy, expansion, energy, love and increase intuition, guidance, and energy. We will be sharing essential oils to clear old energy and increase our joy vibration, frequency, and divine connection to our hearts, and Souls. The horses will be moving around and connecting as guided and Melissa will be sharing their messages.
During the second half we will each have an opportunity to get close and connect in our hearts to one or more horses to strengthen and heal boundaries, receive their healing and messages. If you have questions about the essential oils we use or wish to know prices or order let me know.
Meditation is a key to hearing and listening to our guidance and to find more peace in our lives and relationships. The intention is to connect to our Higher, Authentic Divine Selves. This deepens our Source connection, helps us remember our Authentic Self, helps us open our hearts to love ourselves more deeply, awakens intuition, and heals and calms the nervous system.
I recommend no drugs, alcohol, cannibis oil, mushrooms, or altering substances 24-48 hrs ahead or more so as to be a pure channel for Source to flow through and receive guidance. Caffeine, heavy and processed or fast foods, dairy and gluten are also not recommended. Recommended are healthy whole foods, fruits and vegetables. As well as being well hydrated eating lightly 1-2 hours prior is recommended. This is to allow our bodies to be pure, open and clear channels for energy to flow for the most benefit.
Please wear layered clothes and layers, proper closed toe foot wear for around horses, boots or hiking boots, and bring water.
