Free Mental Health Presentation: Mental Health 101

Gain the tools to support the young people in your life! This workshop will help participants recognize and understand the signs and symptoms of common mental health conditions in children and teens, to respond with confidence during a crisis and how to connect with trusted local resources.

Whether you're a parent, caregiver, educator or mentor, this training aims to empower you to be a steady source of support when it matters most.
