About this EventWe are so excited to present the Aaron Wiggins Youth Basketball Camp on Aug 2 !
Come join us at Wesleyan Christian Academy from 9am-12pm for a fun-filled event where young hoopers can learn new skills from NBA Player Aaron Wiggins and special guest coaches. Kids will make new friends and have a blast on the court.
Our camp focuses on improving basketball fundamentals, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Open to rising 3-8th grade boys/girls, this camp is a great opportunity to take your game to the next level.
WAIVER:I hereby release Aaron Wiggins and the Aaron Wiggins Youth Basketball Camp from any and all liability as a result of any injuries which may occur during my participation in their event. I fully understand that I am responsible for any and all medical expenses which may be incurred as a result of any accidental injuries. I know and understand that photographers will be present at the event in which I am participating, and I allow Aaron Wiggins and the Aaron Wiggins Youth Basketball Camp to use my pictures and likeliness in marketing and advertising materials such as (but not limited to) website, flyers, banners etc.I hereby release and agree to hold Aaron Wiggins and the Aaron Wiggins Youth Basketball Camp harmless from, and waive on behalf of myself, my heirs, and any personal representatives any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and compensation for damage or loss to myself and/or property that may be caused by any act, or failure to act of the camp, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with any services received from Aaron Wiggins and the Aaron Wiggins Youth Basketball Camp. I understand that this release discharges Aaron Wiggins and the Aaron Wiggins Youth Basketball Camp from any liability or claim that I, my heirs, or any personal representatives may have against them with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, any services received from Aaron Wiggins and the Aaron Wiggins Youth Basketball Camp.By clicking Agree on the form, I accept these terms and agree to this health waiver and release of liability from Aaron Wiggins and the Aaron Wiggins Youth Basketball Camp its coaches, staff, and employees.
