What to bring:

• Journal/paper and pen to write with
• Yoga mat
• Comfortable clothing that allows you to relax and breathe
• Blanket, pillow, eyemask or anything to help you feel relaxed and comfortable.

We will start promptly at 4pm, so please arrive 5 minutes early to set up.

What is a Sound Journey?

A sound journey is sometimes also known as a sound bath or sound therapy. A variety of sounds created by instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, etc each have their own unique frequency and vibration which promote a state of deep relaxation and meditation.

A sound journey provides an opporuntiy to gain clarity and insight from the wisdom of the subconscious mind, which can result in emotional release and ultimately a deep sense of peace for many.

Courtney provides a safe and nurturing space that encourages participants to approach this experience with an open heart and embrace whatever comes up.

Possible contraindications for a sound journey may include pregnancy, pacemaker, sound-induced epilepsy, and hearing conditions Please reach out before purchasing tickets if any of the above apply, or if you have any questions.

About Courtney: Courtney started piano lessons at 6-years-old, followed by the cello, and has always had an affinity for music and its soothing qualities. Courtney is excited to extend her passion for music as a sound practitoner using etheral sound healing instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, tongue drum, kalimba and more.
