Veteran & First Responder Bivouac

Veteran/First Responder Bivouac 2025!

Come out for (2) nights of Camping 🏕️ & Camaraderie behind the Amvets post 13 in Higgins Lake!

Bring a tent for camping or set up a BIVVY made by the forest around you!

SCHEDULE:
June 6th, 7th and 8th

FRIDAY:
11am-5pm:
*Volunteer debris removal. Chainsaws needed.
3pm-5pm:
*Camp Setup
5pm-9pm:
* "Burger Bust" inside of the Amvets! Bar will be open as well. Pool tables, darts, pull tab machines, TVs, burgers and fries
9pm-??:
*Bonfire & Camaraderie

SATURDAY:
7am-??:
*Breakfast Lunch and Dinner donated by Got Your Six Veterans.
*Cornhole
*Horseshoes
*Bonfire
*Music
*Camaraderie
* Amvets clubhouse open.

SUNDAY:
7am-1pm
*Breakfast donated by Got Your Six Veterans
*Camaraderie and clean up.

* Please RSVP TK or Renee with your headcount. Family is welcome! Service dogs welcome!

*Campers are welcome but will be parked in the area of the parking lot on the side of Amvets.

** Looking for volunteers on the 6th from 11am-5pm to help clear out tree debris for Bivouac and Camping 🏕️.
A few chainsaws, rakes, and a little manpower. EZ Day Squared Away!

*A BIG thank you to the AMVETS Post 13 for allowing us to use their property for this event.
