Hi everyone, so we are going to do my annual Benefit Halloween Bash after all. As you know, my sister has been sick and is now doing well, Praise the Lord. So I decided to go ahead and have it. EXCITING NEW VENUE!! The Premier in Hickory. I want to thank John Duke his wife and Staff for the many years of hosting it with me, IT WAS TOTALLY MY FAULT, I was too late on booking with Johh, because of family issues, Family is always first. So thank you for always hosting with your AWESOME VENUE Market on Main.
DATE SATURDAY NIGHT NOVEMBER FIRST the Day after Halloween, This way parent and grandparents can take their kids Trick or Treating on Friday , then ADULT time with friends on Saturday night. If you like my beach trips, you will love the Halloween Party.
I have been attending some events at the Premier seeing great bands, met with Josh and Peter, and they are willing to work with me to support my cause to benefit the Homeless in Hickory. As you all know every time we do an event , it is a charity event. 100% of the proceeds goes to Benefit Open Door Homeless Ministries.
Sponsorship: If you or your company wants to sponsor and reserve a prime table for the night , let me know, different levels for groups.
COST: If being a different venue and cost being up, we did have to go up to 20.00, but where else can you go have fun with all your friends, step out of the box for the night, be something different, and have fun and Dance, free light finger foods while they last. IT IS NOT A BUFFET, SO EAT BEFORE HAND, just food to soak up your beverages, lol.
ENTERTAINTMENT: Once again, the Extraordiares was able to work me into their schedule , one of the best High energy dance bands in the area. So come out and have fun and give back at the same time.
RIDES: trying to secure some uber and lyft drivers for the night and possibly a van to haul people.
Rooms: I will have a location posted soon if you are one of my out of town friends that needs a room for night, that way you won't have to worry about driving.
