The Purchase District Health Department is excited to announce a special community event celebrating the opening of our new clinic located at 1702 Moscow Ave, Hickman, KY 42050 on Tuesday, October 7th from 3-6pm. We would be very grateful if you could help us promote this event in your community, please help share and get the word out! We will also have a post and event on Facebook, please share across social media pages if you are able to!
We are planning a Fall Harvest–themed celebration with fun and engaging activities for the whole family, including:
• Pumpkin painting
• Face painting
• Free health screenings including biometric screenings, cholesterol and glucose, HIV and Hep C screening, and blood pressure
• An introduction to square dancing
• Games, Prizes, and Giveaways
• And even a space to take fall family pictures!
We will be providing information and services from many of our departments! WIC and HANDS will provide education and some items for moms and babies, toothbrushes and education from Floss and Gloss, Harm Reduction Supplies, Diabetes Education, and much more! The police/fire department will be providing car seat installations!
We will even have a drawing for a car seat!
