For 33 years, The Education Fund and Ocean Bank have sponsored "Art of Found Objects," an art exhibition for public school students as part of their commitment to the community and its children.
Public school students and teachers create artwork with materials from The Education Fund Ocean Bank Center for Educational Materials, an 11,000-square-foot warehouse stocked with donated supplies. More than 3.3 million students have benefited from these free supplies since 1993. The Education Fund created and runs the Center, with major support from Ocean Bank.
The 2025 Art of Found Objects exhibition is presented by Ocean Bank, with generous support from the Frederick A. DeLuca Foundation, The Kirk Foundation, Peacock Foundation, Lynn & Louis Wolfson II Family Foundation, Knight Foundation, Amazon, and The Children's Trust.
This year's exhibition features two exciting categories:
- Celebrating 40 Years of Miami: In honor of The Education Fund's 40th year, students and teachers create art that captures the unique culture and vibe of Miami.
- We Love Yarn: Sponsored by The Frederick A. DeLuca Foundation, this category showcases intricate artwork made using yarn in all its forms.
