This week we’re starting to get excited about our author event this month with two authors whose books will be near to your hearts: Richard Negus and Patrick Galbraith. Richard has been laying hedges in Suffolk for almost three decades, and his book Words From the Hedge explores the history, beauty and importance of this important feature and habitat.
Patrick wrote his book Uncommon Ground after three years investigating the truth about rural Britain and how we treat it. We all know how good the countryside is for us, but do we need it?
