Join us every Saturday at 9:00 AM for Southall parkrun, a free, fun, and friendly 5K run/walk/jog through the beautiful Southall Park.

Everyone is welcome—whether you’re a first-timer, a seasoned runner, or just fancy a walk with the community. Bring your barcode if you want your time recorded.
