Guests can explore the world of fungi through talks, tastings, and encounters with wellness-focused startups. Enjoy mushroom-inspired canapés while learning from experts about the health and culinary potential of fungi.

The event features Alexandra Lea, a renowned medicinal forager, who will discuss how to identify and use medicinal fungi to enhance wellness. Supporting speakers include Emma Howcroft, founder of the Hidden Heroes Campaign, and Vanessa Marx, Bingham Riverhouse’s chef, who champions sustainable, foraged ingredients.
