Our first meeting of the season is THIS TUESDAY!
The summer has FLOWN by, and the Program Committee has been hard at work planning the coming year, but I'm afraid by the time we got through everyone's summer vacations and we got things confirmed....well, here we are!
So I am SOOOOO sorry, for the short notice, but our first meeting is actually coming up THIS TUESDAY, August 19! As a fun way to kick off the year, we will meet at Lincoln Perk at 6:30 pm, and you can buy yourself a drink or something to eat, if you'd like. Since they will be staying open late for us, we would love to get a headcount for them so they know how many people to expect. If you know what food you might like, we can pass that along to them as well. Please RSVP by replying to this email by Monday evening. (If you don't see this until Tuesday and would still like to come, reply anyway. We'll work it out.)
For our program that evening, we're excited that our own Kristie Diller will be talking to us about the Hesston Community Foundation!
Also, it was decided at our last meeting that dues will be a little less this year, so don't let that amount prevent you from joining us. And don't forget that we can also offer scholarships for membership if you need that. Just talk to a club officer, and we can make the arrangements.
