Soak N Learn Series: Friday, Nov 7th @6:30pm

Oh I love collaborating and creating!

This session, we will be gathering to experience the power of drums, while matching our own humming to tone our vagus nerves.

This creates a release of stuck energy like you've never experienced!

I will be teaching how to use essential oils to regulate your nervous system, and since we'll be in a group environment- we'll have games to help us learn better communication and co-regulation.

Bring a bathing suit, towel, and refillable water bottle :)

You may want to bring a notebook and pen to take notes for the class portion.

Bring a drum if you have one <3

We had a really nice time last time, I cant wait to do this again!
