Good afternoon! I’m excited to share that I’ll be offering karate and fitness classes for home-educated children across Hertfordshire and Essex.
These sessions will take place during traditional school hours, making them ideal for home-ed families looking for structured, active learning opportunities during the week.
A little about me:
• 2nd Dan Black Belt in Karate
• Former WUKF World & European Karate Champion 2023
• Qualified Level 4 Personal Trainer
• Home-educating parent myself, my son, now 17, has trained in karate since he was 2.5 years old and is a current British, World & European Champion in his age group.
I’m passionate about helping children stay active, build confidence, and learn valuable self-defence skills in a fun and supportive environment.
Alongside karate, I can also offer:
* PE-style structured fitness sessions
* 1:1 or small group training
* Foundational movement & SAQ (Speed, Agility, Quickness)
* Boxing, karate, and real-life self-defence based fitness
Parents are also welcome to train with their children.
