About the event

YogaBarre Fusion

Tone and build lean muscle while incorporating the mind-body connection through flowing movement for flexibility enhancement. You will use light weights during a variety of yoga poses along with choreography of barre, allowing for complete body engagement of breath, flow, and strength in one class. This workout may include light weights, bands, or balls.
