SilverSneakers Circuit

A combination of fun and fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with handheld weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball alternated with non-impact aerobic moves. A chair is available for support while standing.
