Join me on Tuesday nights at the beautiful Herne Centre, 7pm-8.15pm for a Hatha Yoga Flow, inclusive of yoga posture (asana), meditation & breath (pranayama)
This class is suitable for active beginners as well as those with a current practice. Plenty of adaptations given & props available & encouraged. 🙏🏻
(I also offer meditation classes, soundbaths, reiki, sound healing & plenty more offerings coming as 2025 progresses)!
