Rock and Raise 2025

We are holding a live music fund raiser for the Maternity Bereavement Suite at QEQM and SANDS Charity to mark what would have been our son Remy’s 10th birthday.
We lost our son full term in 2015, there was no bereavement suite for us to have privacy away from other people
having their babies or any way of exiting the hospital without walking past others that had just had their babies.
We fund raised heavily to get the now Ocean suite built at QEQM hospital and thankfully we helped open it.
Since then we have had many messages to say people have sadly had to use this but also to thanks us as it helped them so much in their darkest hours.
We want to hold this event to raise money to help support the ongoing costs of the suite and also support SANDS charity that helped us get though everything.

Pink Plonky - 7.50pm
The Miles Cookman Band - 8.30pm
Squeeze Gut Alley - 9.50pm

All donations for entry and throughout the night will go towards helping improve our local maternity bereavement services.

Venue is The Heron pub in Station Road Herne Bay.
