✨NEW CLASS ~ Starting 9th January ✨
I've got a new Morning Yoga class starting at 9.30am on Thursday 9th January at the Herne Centre in Herne.
These nourishing flow-based classes will help you start your day feeling calm, grounded and gently energised. The classes will combine grounding practices, yoga flow, pranayama and guided relaxation to bring you into your body, steady your mind, settle your nervous system and soothe your soul.
The class is suitable for people with any level of yoga experience, including beginners.
I’ll provide options and variations for poses and transitions throughout the class and will encourage the use of props so that you can find a practice that genuinely suits you.
