We will begin with gentle restorative yoga postures supported by props, allowing the body to soften and settle. From there, you will be guided into the deep stillness of Yoga Nidra, a restful meditation that restores the nervouse system and cultivates inner clarity. As you rest, the healing vibrations crystal singing bowls, Kochi chimes, ocean drum, and other soothing sounds will surround you, inviting balance, release, and renewal.
