Join the Northern Virginia Bird Alliance and Fairfax County Public Library for an engaging bird walk at Frying Pan Farm Park. This event is open to all making it an excellent opportunity for new birders to observe the remarkable fall migratory species. Participants will convene with the group leader outside the Frying Pan Park Visitor Center. The birding guide for this event is John Colpoys, avid birder and experienced bird walk leader.
When: Saturday, October 11, 2025, 8:30 a.m. -10:30 a.m.

Registration for this free event is not required.
All NVBA bird walks are open to all ages, although children must be accompanied by an adult.
We welcome new birders as well as veterans: bring your binoculars.
