Yoga for Improved Posture at Stars In Motion

Join Stars In Motion Yoga Instructor, Kelly MacLain, MSPT, for an active movement class designed to helps us polish our posture and align the spine. Use a mix of Yoga and Pilates postures, Kelly will equip us with the tools we need to combat weak core and neck muscles brought on by work positions, excessive driving, constantly looking at our phones, and just everyday stress.
This pop up class will be held Thursday, July 10 at 6:30pm.
