Inversion Series

What does it take to get into inversions? Consistency, programming, and feedback - all things you'll receive in this workshop series!

Building upon a strong foundation, students will develop the knowledge and confidence to begin their arm-balance journey or strengthen their existing baseline. Multiple arm balances and their entries will be taught, including the CORE FOUR: headstand, forearm stand, crow, and handstand.

After each of the technique focused-workshop modules, students will receive personalized feedback and homework recommendations from Tracy Lynn - 2025 is your year to get on hands!
