The Studio is rolling out the (cheese) carpet for a one-of-a-kind class with none other than Solange Comer—the legendary cheesemonger behind the beloved Cultured Slice sandwich and cheese shops. If you’ve ever admired those jaw-dropping boards and thought, “brie real, I could never do that”… guess again.
In this hands-on, gouda time workshop, Solange will spill her secrets on how to style a charcuterie board that looks so good you’ll almost be afraid to eat it (almost). From cheddar cuts to salami roses, you’ll leave knowing how to turn a pile of snacks into edible art—and save yourself a wedge of cash by doing it yourself.
What you’ll learn:
– How to slice, style, and layer cheese like a pro
– The art of salami folding (yes, roses included 🌹)
– Fruit carving and other tricks for “wow factor” garnishes
– Pro tips to take your board from “kinda cute” to “holy cow, who made this?!”
