Join us for an evening exploring the real deal on peri- to post-menopause with menopause Karen Nebe… all while sipping on 3 specially selected wellness teas!

Breaking the stigma around perimenopause and menopause empowers women to speak up at home and work without fear or shame. Karen’s work is grounded in biology, neuroscience and philosophy, and she’s passionate about sharing evidence-based menopause education and care. She supports women, their families, and employers and practioners who care for women during this often-overlooked stage of life.
