Yoga Nidra, also known as “yogic sleep,” takes you into a state of deep relaxation, where your body and mind can fully unwind. This practice is known to be as restorative as four hours of sleep, helping to release stress, restore balance, and promote emotional healing. As you enter this profound state of rest, the soothing vibrations of sound healing will support your journey, guiding your body and mind into an even deeper state of relaxation. The therapeutic frequencies work to dissolve tension and promote healing on a cellular level.
In addition, a gentle touch of Reiki energy will be offered throughout the session, further enhancing the healing process and stimulating your body’s natural ability to restore itself.
