Saturdays 14 & 21 June 2025 | 8.30-9.30am

A two week introduction course to meditation — created especially for beginners or those wanting to reconnect with their practice.

If you’re curious about meditation, finding it hard to quiet your mind, or simply longing for a little more calm in your day, this space is for you.

You’ll learn simple, grounding practices to help you feel more centred, present and at ease — both during the sessions and in daily life.
