Last Light | A Hermann-Exclusive Pop-Up Bar
Autumn in Hermann carries its own kind of magic. Twilight settles earlier, the train hums through town, and lanterns once lit the way for travelers moving forward into the night. Last Light is born of that glow — a gathering that exists only here.
Each Saturday in October, from 6–11 p.m. in the Cuckoo Room at Bar Vin, step into an atmosphere designed for lingering. Spirit-forward cocktails, a dim glow, and conversations meant to go deeper — not a place to rush, but to savor.
✨ Rare Spirits for a Rare Cause ✨
Each evening, a limited number of pours from one of my favorite rare whiskies will be offered as a thank-you for cash donations of $20 or more. All proceeds go directly to Hermann’s historic community theater, the Showboat Theatre next door — keeping the stage lit for the next generation to discover confidence, creativity, and voice.
