Quilting Bee Fabrics is excited to host a THREE-day spring weekend quilt retreat from July 25 to 27, 2025, at the shop’s classroom in Hermann, MO. Bring your sewing machine, favorite notions, and your WIPs (works in progress) and UFOs (unfinished objects)!

About the Fabric & Friends Spring Quilt Retreat
Depending on your schedule and preferences, you can attend all three days or just one. The cost is $35/person, making it a budget-friendly option for a fun and productive weekend. Seating is limited, so reserve your spot early.
Hours:
Friday, July 25 – pop in anytime after 9 AM and we’ll hang out as late as you want to
Saturday, July 26 – pop in anytime after 9 AM and we’ll hang out as late as you want to
Sunday, July 27 – Come anytime after 10AM, and we’ll hang out until about 3 PM.
Meals are on your own, allowing you to choose what and when to eat. However, we can always order as a group from a restaurant and have someone pick it up. I will have some snacks and a variety of beverages available, including water and coffee, to keep you refreshed and energized throughout the day.
Sewing tables and chairs — Seating is first come, first served. We have seating for 10 people. The tables will be plastic banquet tables. Comfortable metal folding chairs are provided at each spot; you may want to bring a nice cushion for extra coziness.
There will be cutting and ironing stations throughout the room. Extension cords are also provided.
