This is not your average yoga class, it’s playful, grounding, and created especially for both you and your little one.
Each session is designed with toddlers (up to around 4 years) in mind and offers a relaxed, supportive space to move, connect, and just be together.
Here’s what we’ll do:
🌈 Yoga through story
Gentle, imaginative movement woven into fun stories, perfect for curious, energetic little movers.
🌿 Grounding practices
Simple, practical tools to help you and your child feel calmer and more connected, especially during moments of overwhelm.
🌬️ Breath work
Easy breathing exercises you can practice together, helping your toddler begin to learn healthy ways to manage their “big feelings.”
☕ Connection time
After class, stay for a cuppa while the kids play, a chance to chat, laugh, and connect with other mums who are right in the thick of toddler life too.
