Following their sold-out Christmas concert last year, Contrepoint is delighted to return to Hereford with a brand-new programme designed to warm hearts and celebrate the season of love. Love from, Contrepoint is a Valentine’s concert that blends the group’s trademark artistry with a playful spirit and romantic flair. ❤️‍🔥

The evening will take audiences on a journey through the many faces of love: from the radiant sacred works of Renaissance masters such as Victoria and Monteverdi, to contemporary gems by living composers like Lucy Walker and William Cox. Alongside these treasures, audiences can expect new choral arrangements of classic pop love songs—familiar favourites reimagined in Contrepoint’s lush, vibrant sound. The result is a rich tapestry of music that speaks to love in all its forms: tender, passionate, joyful, and a little mischievous too. 💌
