At El Tango de la Gente we have been thrilled by your support for our events throughout 2025! You have come from far and wide to make our evenings go with a real buzz! As a little "Thank You!" we are delighted to invite you all to our Free Christmas Milonga Party - here's the details:
* TDJ: Nod (traditional Tango, Vals and Milonga, all in tandas of 3)
* Please BYOB and a plate of food to share
* Raffle: To keep things simple and to save time, there will be just 5 prizes, which we will donate, including free entry for one to all our events in 2026 (worth £120), £50 cash and other goodies. Tickets £5 a strip of 5.
The event will be in aid of the charities "Crisis at Christmas" and Unicef: ALL the cash taken on the night will be divided equally between these two causes and we will add to what you raise. In 2024, with your generous help, we sent £500 to each of the two charities. Let’s see if we can beat that in 2025!
If you'd like to contribute to our charities, please do buy some raffle tickets or just make a donation.
Water, tea and coffee will be available as usual, and you already know about the spacious modern venue, wooden floor, social seating, sound system and parking.
