Healing Circle

Join me in the healing glade (Henley on Thames) for a morning of connection, creativity and renewal as we celebrate the changing of the seasons and the change within ourselves. We will open our time together with a rose tea ceremony.

Together we will craft smudge sticks out of locally foraged herbs. Experience breathwork and gentle embodied movement to ground and energise. Relax under the canopy of the trees and enjoy sounds of the tibetan singing bowls and other percussion instruments.

Share in a lovingly prepared vegetarian picnic which will be both delicious and nourishing.
