Through intention we will focus on harnessing the energy of the New Moon to propel oneself forward to achieve greater self-awareness, personal growth and visioning into the new cycle of the year.
I will bring a variety of instruments and techniques to weave a sound tapestry that relaxes the nervous system and stimulates the heart space.
The event will begin at 5:00pm and last approximately 75 minutes allowing time for reintegration.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket or any items you may need to feel comfortable during the meditation. If called you may bring any sacred or personally spiritual items to charge with the energy of this powerful celestial event and meditation.
