NEW! Ravioli Workshop

In this hands on ravioli class you will work at your own pasta station and make my family's traditional pasta dough using TIPO “00” flour from Italy and an egg, sheet your ravioli, fill your ravioli with my family recipe. Then, you will get to take home your handmade ravioli!!

PLEASE NOTE: This is a streamlined class that does not include a meal. You will get to learn how to make ravioli in 1 hour and take home to cook for your friends and family!

*Reminder: Please keep in mind that Homemade Pasta Noodles is a food experience and not a restaurant. If you have food allergies we need to be aware of please let us know. Otherwise, know that the menu has already been set and it may or may not include meat, cheese, etc.. It will always include gluten. We do not offer gluten free options in our pasta shop No substitutions permitted. Thank you.
