About the event

What Flies at Night?
Head to John James Audubon State Park on Saturday, August 30th, from 7:30-10 P.M., for an incredible evening exploring the nighttime insect world! Special guest, Kevin Wiener, of the wildly popular Facebook page, “All Bugs Go to Kevin,” will present an educational introduction, lead a night bug search in the preserve, and set up a sheet for moth lighting. You won’t want to miss this! Meets at the Audubon Museum. There will be a short hike to the mothing sheet. $5/person; cash only please. Children under age 3 are free.

Note: To truly appreciate these beautiful night-flying insects, please avoid using bug repellent at this event.
