Full Moon Surrender
Come join us for a magical evening of release and renewal under the full moon in Sagittarius at Discovery Park! Let go of stress and worries as we gather to embrace the energy of the full moon. Set in the serene space of the park, we’ll move through gentle Yin Yoga, receive Reiki energy healing, and be bathed in the soothing vibrations of sound. Together, we’ll set intentions to let go of what no longer serves and create space for transformation.
Please bring: yoga mat, blanket, eye mask, water bottle, anything for comfort—and an open heart and mind to receive.
