Couples/Group Thai Yoga Workshop Come visit us and try our Thai Yoga experience at Quantum Revive Henderson, guided by Erin McKee.
This special workshop is designed with teamwork as its foundation. Learn assisted stretches to support one another’s bodies. Erin will gently guide you and your partner through safe, supportive movements that help release tension, ease pain, and increase flexibility—no experience required.
Thai yoga is often called “lazy yoga,” combining stretching, gentle pressure and helping your partner achieve a stretch they wouldn’t be able to hold on their own.
