Brothers in Healing is an 8-week group for men ready to stop going it alone. It’s a place to step out of the noise and into honest conversations about who you are, where you’re going, and what’s getting in the way.
Led by a therapist who motivates by example—not by telling you what to do—you’ll find practical tools, thoughtful guidance, and a group of men showing up for themselves and each other.
Each week, you’ll explore:
How to understand and express what you’re feeling
What it looks like to lead yourself and others with clarity
How vulnerability fits into real strength
New ways to manage stress, relationships, and transitions
