Niksen is the Dutch art of doing nothing well. Join us for a guided niksen session, let your mind and body intentionally unwind. Practice being present in the moment. Even when we "niks" our brain is still subliminally processing information and can use the available space allowed to boost creativity, solve problems, find solutions and solidify intentions. Botany Bilt co-founders embrace niksen as a mindful creativity practice and want to share the experience with you!

Sound Bath: Sound baths use resonant instruments, in this case crystal singing bowls, that produce harmonic vibrations that align with the earth's 432hz frequency. This type of sound vibration can help induce a state of relaxation and inspire healing, creativity and focus. Sound travels faster through water than air. Since humans are 70% water, you will feel every vibrational note of the crystal bowls. It's a powerful sensory experience. Sound baths provide an immersive experience for your senses, helping you become more attuned to your mind, body and breathe.

Hammocks: Truly relaxing in a hammock surrounded by nature. It's our favorite modality for niksening. Just be, thats all you need to do here.
