FRIDAY NIGHT 5K - SUMMER SERIES (RACE 1)

We are pleased to announce that registration is now open for the first of our summer Friday Night 5K Track Series on Friday 16th May.

There are two races on offer:
6.45pm - For times over 24 mins
7.30pm - For times under 24 mins

So... Get ready to lace up your running shoes / Spikes and hit the track for a fast and enjoyable 5K race!

Whether you are a seasoned track runner or just starting on your running journey, this event is perfect for all levels and ages. It is always a fun night in a very low key and supportive environment
