The Sole-ful Church Cove Beginner run

Saturday 29th at 9:30am
Meet at the car park in Church Cove, Lizard.
NOTE LIZARD (not Gunwalloe!!)

Beginner run 4-5 miles.
Super friendly group and always excited to have new members.
It will be a mixture of coast path and inland, with a spoonful of adventure.
Led by Off Road Running coach and Personal Trainer.
£5 if you pay in advance (message me)
£6 on the day

NB Even though it’s a fairly short run, I would advise bringing water in either a running vest or running pack.
It’s always better not to carry anything in your hands when running, as it can lead to neck ache, and also safer to have hands free in case, in the very unlikely event that you tripped.
Insect spray also optional.
