Jimmy Livingston Spoken Word Poet

Jimmy Livingstone is a spoken word poet.Performing poetry in the south & north of the UK doing solo gigs and small festivals to a growing audience but he’s finally seen the light and is coming west to Cornwall. He was a Genesis poetry slam finalist in London last year and you might have seen him playing Chris Whitty in This England on Sky Atlantic though he insists he has much better hair than Mr Whitty in real life!

Originally he trained at RADA and has performed, written and directed in theatre, animation and music, getting much acclaim both as an actor and as a singer/songwriter before turning to poetry.You may well have heard his voice without knowing it in loads of ads, animations and games, including his narration for last year’s blockbuster game, Elden Ring

His sharp, quick-fire rhyming covers the personal, satirical and sometimes political, all interwoven with a dark, wicked humour. Expect strong language, adult themes and sinful laughter.
