FREE Yoga in Coronation Park with Kirsty
A South Kerrier Alliance Funded Project
Multiple Dates starting Sunday 15th June
Yoga is beneficial for both the body and mind, offering a range of physical and mental health advantages. It enhances flexibility, strength and balance, while also promoting stress relief and improved mental well-being. Regular practice can lead to better sleep, reduced anxiety, and improved mood.
The South Kerrier Alliance CIC own and run Coronation Park for the “benefit of the residents of Helston and The Lizard” and we want everyone to be able to enjoy our events.
The series of Yoga sessions in Coronation Park is being funded by South Kerrier Alliance CIC. If you would like to support more free yoga sessions in the park and other events you can donate via this link Donate Here
