again... a mix of two different yoga styles.

WHAT TO EXPECT:


First Part [ca. 45min]:
VIN for Vinyasa, the asanas in a flow, where we move in the rhythm of breath, we activate our yang energy and feel our bodies in the muscles and their strength.

Second Part [ca. 45 min]:
YIN for yin yoga, the gentle and more introspective practice for deeper energy balancing and deeper activation of connective tissue, tendons and ligaments. We calm our body, mind and breath.
