Brady’s health topic series covers various topics such as arthritis, Parkinson’s Disease, fall recovery, sleep hygiene, and more! This month, we will be discussing Pilates! Come hear how Pilates is a type of low-impact exercise that may benefit your bone health, strength, and mobility as you age. It can also help improve your posture, memory, and mood!
