Life today pulls us in many directions!
Stress, worries, and challenges can leave us restless and disconnected from our Inner Peace.
When you lose your inner peace, it often shows up as constant anxiety, sleepless nights, overthinking, strained relationships, loneliness, a heavy heart… and more.
Maybe you look ok outwardly, but inwardly you feel exhausted and far from God’s comfort.
This special evening at the Basilica Heliopolis church is an invitation to pause, look inward and reconnect with the Source of true peace.
We will go through a sequence of steps designed to help us see where our inner peace has been lost. Because it’s our responsibility as believers to transform ourselves by the renewal of our minds, as Saint Paul said in Romans 12:2

الحياة اليوم تسحبنا في اتجاهات كثيرة!
الضغوط والهموم والتحديات قد تتركنا في حالة قلق وتوتر وانفصال عن سلامنا الداخلي.
عندما نفقد سلامنا الداخلي، يظهر ذلك غالبًا في صورة قلق دائم، أرق، تفكير زائد، علاقات متوترة، شعور بالوحدة، قلب مثقل… وأكثر.
قد يبدو مظهرك الخارجي بخير، لكن داخليًا تشعر بالإرهاق وببُعد عن تعزية الله.
هذه الأمسية الخاصة في كنيسة البازيليك، بمصر الجديدة، هي دعوة للتوقف قليلًا، والنظر للداخل، وإعادة التواصل بمصدر السلام الحقيقي.
سوف نمرّ معًا بخطوات متسلسلة تساعدنا على اكتشاف أين وكيف فقدنا سلامنا الداخلي.
فمسؤوليتنا كمؤمنين هي أن نتغيّر من خلال تجديد أذهاننا، كما قال القديس بولس في رومية ٢:١٢.
