ASU Career Week 2025

يعلن مركز توظيف جامعة عين شمس عن النسخة الرابعة والجديدة من ملتقي الأسبوع التوظيفي لجامعة عين شمس "ASU Career Week 2025" ، بإشتراك عدد كبير من الشركات و المؤسسات علي مدار 5 ايام!
يعقد الحدث تحت رعاية الأستاذ الدكتور/ محمد ضياء زين العابدين، رئيس جامعة عين شمس ، والأستاذة الدكتورة/ غادة فاروق، نائب رئيس الجامعة لشئون البيئة وتنمية المجتمع ، والأستاذة الدكتورة/ أماني أسامة كمال، نائب رئيس الجامعة لشئون الدراسات العليا والبحوث.

هدفنا من خلال النسخة الرابعة من الأسبوع التوظيفي لجامعة عين شمس اننا مش بس نساعد طلبة وخريجي جامعة عين شمس الموهوبين في ربطهم مع شركات محلية وعالمية ، ولكن اننا نخليكم تمروا بتجربة متكاملة سواء انكم تقدموا في الوظائف المتاحة والمستقبلية اثناء معرض التوظيف مع كل الشركات المتاحة بالاضافة إلي انكم تاخدو فرصة في عمل مقابلات شخصية مع كبري الشركات لوظائف متاحة ليكم حالياً اثناء ايام التوظيف المفتوحة، تساعدكم انكم تخرجوا من الحدث بفرصة عمل واضحه وحقيقية ولدي كبري الشركات.

الحدث مقسم لجزئين مهمين:

الجزء الأول من الحدث هيكون معرض توظيفي هيشارك فيها عدد كبير من الشركات ، وهيكون خلال ايام الأحد والأثنين والثلاثاء 19، 20، 21 اكتوبر 2025، من الساعة 2 ظهرا لحد الساعة 8 مساءا، بمقر مركز التوظيف ، داخل المدينة الجامعية بالعباسية. كل يوم من ال٣ ايام هيرحب بكليات مختلفة!
- اليوم الاول (الاحد، 19 أكتوبر): كليات الهندسة، حاسبات و معلومات.
- اليوم الثاني (الأثنين، 20 أكتوبر): كلية التجارة.
- اليوم الثالث (الثلاثاء، 21 أكتوبر): كليات ألسن، أداب ، حقوق ، وتربية.
الأحداث والخدمات اللي هتكون موجودة خلال الثلاث أيام:
- Career Talks,
- Mentorship Circle,
- Job and Internship Opportunities.
- Build connections with top employers in job market.

الجزء الثاني من الحدث هيكون أيام التوظيف المفتوحة هيشارك فيها الشريك الاستراتيجي للحدث بالاضافة إلي الشركاء الرئيسين ، وهيكون خلال ايام الأربعاء والخميس 22، 23 أكتوبر 2025 ، من الساعة 9 صباحاً لحد الساعة 4 عصراً ، داخل مقر مركز التوظيف. كل يوم من اليومين هيرحب بكليات مختلفة!
- اليوم الرابع (الاربعاء، 22 أكتوبر): كليات الهندسة ، حاسبات ومعلومات.
- اليوم الخامس ( الخميس، 23 أكتوبر): كليات التجارة، السن، أداب، حقوق، وتربية.
الاحداث و الخدمات اللي هتكون موجودة خلال اليومين:
- Info Sessions.
- On-Spot First Interviews.

مين يقدر يحضر الحدث؟
الحدث دا مخصص لطلبة و خريجي جامعة عين شمس، جميع الخريجين والطلاب يقدروا يشاركوا في ايام المعرض التوظيفي (الثلاث ايام الأولي) علي حسب اليوم المخصص لكليتك.
بالنسبة إلي ايام التوظيف المفتوحة (الأربعاء والخميس)، عشان تقدر تشارك فيها لازم تنورنا في ايام المعرض التوظيفي (الثلاث ايام الأولي علي حسب كليتك) وتحجز دورك من خلال المنظمين الموجودين في جناح مركز التوظيف الموجود عند منطقة المسرح.

Ain Shams University Career Center gladly announces the fourth and new edition of "ASU Career Week 2025" for Ain Shams University, with the participation of many companies over 5 days!

The event is held under the patronage of Dr. Mohamed Diaa Zain Al-Abidin, President of Ain Shams University, Dr. Ghada Farouk, Vice President of the University for Environmental Affairs and Community Development, and Dr. Omnia Osama, Vice President of the University for Graduate Studies and Research.

Our goal through the fourth edition of the “ASU Career Week” is not only to help talented students and alumni of Ain Shams University connect with local and international companies but also to provide you with a comprehensive experience. Whether you are applying for current or future positions during the Exhibition Career Days with all available companies, you will also have the opportunity to have on-spot first interviews with main companies for positions available to you during the Open Recruitment Days. This will help you leave the event with a clear and real job opportunity with major companies.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐰𝐨 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬:

The first part of the event will be the Career Exhibition Days where many companies will participate. It will take place on Sunday, Monday, & Tuesday, October 19th, 20th, and 21st, 2025, from 1 PM to 8 PM at the ASU Career Center in the university students’ hostel, Abbassia. Each of the three days will welcome different faculties!
- 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟏 (𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 19): 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞.
- 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟐 (𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 20): 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬.
- 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟑 (𝐓𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 21): 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐥𝐬𝐮𝐧, 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐬, 𝐋𝐚𝐰, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

- 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐣𝐨𝐛 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭.

The second part of the event will be the Open Recruitment Days where the Strategic Partner of the event along with Main Partners will participate. It will take place on October 22nd and 23rd, 2025, from 9 AM to 4 PM at the ASU Career Center. Each of the two days will welcome different faculties!
- 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟒 (𝐖𝐞𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 22): 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞.
- 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟓 (𝐓𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 23): 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐞, 𝐃𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲, 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐬, 𝐋𝐚𝐰, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

* This event is dedicated to students and graduates of Ain Shams University. All graduates and students can participate in the Career Exhibition Days (the first three days) according to the day designated for their faculty.
* As for the Open Recruitment Days (Wednesday and Thursday), to participate, you must attend the Career Exhibition Days (the first three days according to your faculty) and reserve your spot through the organizers present at the Career Center booth located near the theater area.
