Based on last year successful Safargel trip, we are heading back this year to gardens in Sinai to pick Quince fruits and make some jam.
A Quince-Picking and Jam-Making Adventure in the Mountains.

Join us for a weekend escape to the mountains. Our goal is to enjoy the fresh air and stunning views while harvesting quince. We’ll look for the beautiful, fragrant trees, picking the ripe, golden fruit. The trip culminates in a fun cooking session back at our camping, where we’ll turn our quinces into homemade jam.
This is an easy level hike, suitable for beginners. Basic physical fitness level is required.
For those who are interested, we will manage to summit Gabal Abbas. Others, will stay, as planned, to make jam with bedweins.

Itinerary
* Leaving Cairo 06 Nov 6PM
* Reaching St Catherine town, sleepover
* Friday morning; start hiking through different valleys - around 4 hrs- till reaching secret gardens area, where we will spend the night.
* Saturday morning; Enjoy mountain gardens, hike down to Catherine town (around 4 hrs), then head back to Cairo
* Should reach Cairo Saturday 08 Nov by 11PM
